I had a great stay at Venetian Palace R&R in Venice. The location was absolutely fantastic, close to both the train station and bus station, making it easy to get around the city. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure, which made for a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the property was also impressive. The host, Mr. Jacopo, was very friendly and provided excellent support during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

During my stay, I did experience some drawbacks. The floor in the property squeaked loudly with every step, which could be disruptive to other guests.

We stayed at Venetian Palace R&R for a few nights and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't have been better - right in front of the train station, with just one bridge to cross. The apartment was cozy, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. Caterina, the staff member, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I also loved the excellent view of the Grand Canal from one of our apartments. a fantastic place to stay!

Stayed at R&R in Santa Croce. Great location, close to restaurants and bars. Explored Grand Canal and San Giorgio Maggiore. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge. Had the whole apartment to myself.

My favorite part was definitely carrying my suitcase across the bridge to the train station. Such a convenient and enjoyable experience.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The grandeur and elegance of the Venetian style made me feel like I was living in a palace. The common areas were also extremely accessible for senior people like me. The hotel had ramps and spacious walkways, which made it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. It was such a delight to be surrounded by such beauty and accessibility during my stay.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better is if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Although the staff was generally friendly, I felt that they could have been a little more proactive in assisting us with our luggage or offering a helping hand when needed.

Pros of my stay at this amazing apartment were its perfect location, spaciousness, and beautiful interior design. The terrace added to the overall charm. The fragrance diffuser and soaps were a nice touch. Separate trash handling was convenient.

The location of this hotel is outstanding! It is right in front of the train station, making it very convenient for transportation. Despite its proximity to the train station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The hotel is also located right next to a beautiful canal, providing lovely views. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at Venetian Palace R&R! The location was outstanding, just across the bridge from the train station. Unlike other cities, the neighborhood around the train station in Venice is heaven. We were in awe of the beautiful surroundings as soon as we stepped out of the station. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, updated bathrooms, and a washing machine. It provided a quiet and peaceful space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff, especially Emma, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
